Conceptualizing your vision
Buildrite offers free on site consultations. We work with you on conceptual designs and offer free estimates. Technically we discuss Scope of work, check Site condition, zoning and city ordinances to ensure construction feasibility and summarize design requirements. A concept is finalized and a design build contract is signed.
Architectural & Structural Plans
Our design team turns the conceptual drawings and design requirements into concrete plans in compliance with the city and state codes. The architectural and engineering plans are prepared and submitted to the local planning and building departments for approval.
Permits, Licenses and Site Preparation
Once the plans are approved by the city we pull all required permits and licenses from local authorities before starting construction. Necessary equipment and materials are procured and the site is throughly prepared for construction.
Construction
Buildrite employs highly skilled tradesmen and subcontractors for construction. Scheduling and resource planning is done with Buildertrend one of the leading construction management softwares in the world. All construction is done as per city and state codes. Quality of work is controlled internally and ensured through city inspections at various stages.
Completion & handover
We ensure that everything is well in order before handing over the completed project to you. A walk through is conducted with the customer to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the work.

We use a state of the art software for managing all our processes and resources. Buildertrend is world's leading construction management software that integrates our processes seamlessly. We provide an interface for the customer to keep them updated on the progress of their project.
